I am an active attorney principally handling legal and briefing issues for appeals and motions, and also working on discovery and case planning.  I have worked on over thirty appeals of various types, and have argued over twenty-five of them.  As a shareholder, I manage and supervise associate attorneys, paralegals, and office staff.  I also participate in business decisions and provide oversight in accounts payable.

I was the candidate for Colorado House District 55, while also serving as my own campaign manager and treasurer.  I completed all paperwork necessary to run for office and form a candidate committee. I handled fundraising and tracked all expenditures and donations, and filed the necessary campaign finance paperwork with the Colorado Secretary of State.  I planned my own campaign events and prepared for debates and forums.  I order and arranged most of my advertising, ordered signs, and worked with the media companies.  I also developed my messaging, planned and updated my website, alond with my social media campaign, including Facebook and Instgram.
